Ngaa Waka o Te Kura (School Transport)

The kura currently has a bus run from Te Kuuiti and OOtorohanga.  A van also covers our piiori that travel from Kawhia into kura.

We also have a kura van to cater for students living in the outer regions such as Piopio, Benneydale, Waitomo and other rural areas that do not have bus transport.  

Transport is available for all piiori (students) of our kura.  The kura has 3 vans that are used to assist in transportation for events, school excursions and off-site learning program activities.

All students who travel by bus to and from school are subject to school rules at all times.  These rules also apply to students who travel by kura van.

Bus drivers are to be treated as staff members of the school.

School Bus / School Van Transport Code of Conduct contract will be put in place for any students failing to adhere to the school rules while travelling on the bus.

The Code Of Conduct form must be completed and signed by both student and parent, and must accompany the enrolment form.
